If you are seeking mentorship that is poetic, personal, powerful, and rooted in heart — Jasmine is it. Her presence is a gift. Her work is a blessing. And this experience has been one of the most beautiful investments I’ve ever made in myself.

Jasmine is a guide, yes. But she’s also an artist of space, an alchemist of emotion, and a vessel of deep, sacred love. Each session was like stepping into a sanctuary — a space where I didn’t have to perform or prove. Jasmine invited me to come as I was, in whatever state I was in, and each time, she met me with compassion, curiosity, and care. Her questions didn’t demand answers — they invited truth. Her reflections felt like a mirror held up to my soul, lovingly reminding me of what I’d forgotten about myself.

From the moment we connected, Jasmine offered me more than just guidance — she offered presence. I believe she truly shines in her guidance when she helps navigate you deeper with different ideas and perspectives. The way she chooses her words with such tenderness and care to evoke a smoother process for you to explore areas of your mind without fear.

The guide is mainly self guided, but I think it gives you a good amount of space to think on your own without much influence or interference. It’s a step-by-step process from beginning to end, and from the surface level to the cores of your soul. You don’t have to be an expert or well-versed with exploring your soul to begin! This isn’t an all-in-one solution, rather a tool and opportunity to help you process and bring your soul from the depths of you to the conscious level.

First and foremost, this was an amazing experience as someone who has never really talked to a therapist or specialist. Day one with you, I opened up and got emotional as it felt good to be able to speak to someone who didn't know me or what I’ve been through. It was also tears of joy as it felt good to know someone is listening and not judging me. Your guide was well put together and I did love how you would still check up on me even if I didn't reach out. To me, that shows you cared and were really invested into this program/trail to see what it was doing for us. I really loved it. Keep doing what you’re doing Jas. I would recommend this to anyone who is truly looking to heal from past wounds. I initially went in trying to heal wounds from a break up and ended up also starting the healing process for other generational traumas that were passed down during my childhood. Jas’s program is a great introduction to anyone who hasn't tackled these types of issues before. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed in what you find. Jaa offers a comforting calm ear and words of encouragement to continue the process. You can see it and hear it, that she is there with you when you share your journey and vulnerability.
